Homemade Iced Coffee is a free recipe website. Reading our content, subscribing to the newsletter, and using the recipes cost nothing, so most visitors will never need this policy. It applies only if and when we offer paid items such as digital recipe guides or printables.
There is no charge to access recipes or the newsletter, and therefore nothing to refund for normal use of the site.
If we sell digital products (for example, downloadable recipe collections), they are delivered electronically. Because digital goods can't be "returned," we offer a 14-day satisfaction refund: if a purchase isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
We do not currently sell physical products directly. If that changes, returns of unused items in original condition will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, and this policy will be updated with the specifics.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
